Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned. Customized, clearance, or final sale items are also non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
